Chocolate, praline paste and granola treats. Two recipes in one

Lately I fell in love with granola. I love eating it with yogurt, berries and a spoon of honey. Recently I decided to make the granola an addictive snack consisting of chocolate, praline paste and granola. Thus a post was born with two recipes, one for homemade granola and the other for dangerous snacks of chocolate, praline paste and granola. Chocolate, praline paste and granola treats
30-40 treats

400g old-fashioned oats (big flake oats) 50g coarsely chopped cashew nuts 50g coarsely chopped walnuts 50g coarsely chopped almonds 50g coarsely chopped pecans 50g sunflower seeds 50g pumpkin seeds 1/4 teaspoon of salt 40g honey 40g silan (date honey) 80g pure maple

Granola, chocolate and Praline treats:
70g white chocolate
70g milk chocolate
140g dark chocolate (70%)
100g praline paste
130g homemade Granola

1. Preheat oven to 320 degrees (F) or 160 degrees (C).
2. In a large bowl, stir together oats, cashew nuts, walnuts, almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds Pumpkin seeds and salt.
3. In a small bowl combine honey, maple and silan, add to the bowl with dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Pour granola onto a sheet lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.
5. Bake, stirring occasionally- every 10 minutes, until golden (about 40 minutes).
6. Let granola cool completely and store in an airtight container.

Granola, chocolate and Praline treats:
7. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave. Cool slightly. Then add the praline paste and mix until combined. Add the homemade granola and mix.
8. Place small rings (diam. 7cm, height 1.5cm) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Fill each ring with the mixture up to half the height of the ring so relatively thin snacks are obtained. 
9. If you don't have small rings, you can also place mounds of mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
10. Refrigerate for a few hours.
11. Remove from the rings or parchment paper and serve.
